Linda has a broad and diverse range of both practical and legal experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology. With her scientific training, she is especially adept at research, analysis and strategy. She has extensive experience in Trademark and Copyright, Business Immigration, and E-Commerce.
Linda has been involved with many trademark/copyright prosecutions, disputes, IP licensing agreement and all sorts of other IP related and commercial agreements. Also, Linda has been acting as outside general counsel for several small/middle sized companies (including technology companies), advising them in a variety of different legal matters, such as overall legal strategy, especially trademark strategy, and other issues related to the operations, marketing, products and services functions.
Linda’s EB5 experience includes counseling the project side on setting up a EB5 project and representing the investors throughout the EB5 process. Linda has involved with several EB5 projects. Linda also works with several agency companies in Asia, helping their clients understand the whole EB5 process and filing the EB5 petitions for them.
