Mr. Lee has 25 years of experience in intellectual property law. Mr. Lee’s practice has included extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO and foreign patent offices; and client counseling for a wide variety of clients having businesses in the electrical, computer, telecom, and mechanical arts. Past successes include several successful oral arguments before the USPTO Board of Appeals (pre-PTAB).
Mr. Lee also spent five years as in-house patent counsel at Digeo and Microsoft. His responsibilities in-house included patent application drafting and prosecution; client education; portfolio analysis, development, and management; licensing and conflict triaging; and patent counseling for corporate management.
