Jun Ye, Partner
Jun Ye is a highly accomplished and sought-after intellectual property attorney who provides comprehensive representation and counsel to clients from around the globe in all aspects of U.S. patent practice. With a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the patent system, Mr. Ye has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications on behalf of startups, individual inventors, and established companies alike. His clients span a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, artificial intelligence, blockchain, virtual reality/augmented reality, payment technology, autonomous vehicles, and many others. Mr. Ye has also overseen and instructed foreign counsels to prosecute patent applications in a variety of countries, including Korea, Japan, China, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Europe, Ukraine, and beyond.
Prior to joining Getech Law, Mr. Ye honed his skills at several top-tier national law firms, where he worked on behalf of major corporations such as Qualcomm, Mitsubishi, and MasterCard to develop and manage their patent portfolios. But Mr. Ye's expertise is not limited to established players; he has also represented startups at various stages of development, providing strategic and leadership advice to help them build and protect their intellectual property assets as they grow and mature.
