Jun Ye is a highly accomplished and sought-after intellectual property attorney who provides comprehensive representation and counsel to clients from around the globe in all aspects of U.S. patent practice. With a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the patent system, Mr. Ye has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications on behalf of startups, individual inventors, and established companies alike. His clients span a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, artificial intelligence, blockchain, virtual reality/augmented reality, payment technology, autonomous vehicles, and many others. Mr. Ye has also overseen and instructed foreign counsels to prosecute patent applications in a variety of countries, including Korea, Japan, China, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, Europe, Ukraine, and beyond.

Prior to joining Getech Law, Mr. Ye honed his skills at several top-tier national law firms, where he worked on behalf of major corporations such as Qualcomm, Mitsubishi, and MasterCard to develop and manage their patent portfolios. But Mr. Ye's expertise is not limited to established players; he has also represented startups at various stages of development, providing strategic and leadership advice to help them build and protect their intellectual property assets as they grow and mature. Drawing on his extensive business experience and legal acumen, Mr. Ye is uniquely positioned to help companies of all sizes and stages develop aggressive IP strategies that maximize the value of their innovations.

Before attending law school, Mr. Ye worked as an engineer for major semiconductor manufacturers in China and co-founded his own technology transfer business. Through his years of experience in both business and legal practice, Mr. Ye has developed a deep understanding of the needs and challenges facing entrepreneurs and innovators. This unique perspective allows him to approach his clients' legal challenges not only from a legal perspective but also as a successful entrepreneur who has navigated the complex landscape of technology development and commercialization.
