General Notice to Defendants


The Defendants operating under the Seller Aliases identified in Schedule A to the Complaint in Case No. 2:26-cv-46 filed in the Western District of Pennsylvania are hereby notified as follows:


Plaintiff has commenced this action against Defendants for violations of United States federal law, including copyright infringement under the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.


Copies of the Complaint and accompanying documents, the Summons, and this Court’s relevant Orders, are made available on this publicly accessible website pursuant to the Court’s authorization. Copies of these materials may also be obtained from Plaintiff’s counsel, Getech Law LLC (ip@getechlaw.com).


Rule 12(b) Motion Notice to Defendants


Please be advised of this Court’s Order (ECF 7) regarding Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b) Motions and meet and confer requirements. A copy of the relevant Order is provided below.


Summons Notice to Defendants


Pursuant to this Court’s Order authorizing alternative service (ECF 21), service of process was effected on February 5, 2026, by electronic means and/or website publication. In accordance with the Summons, each Defendant must file an Answer or other responsive pleading to the Complaint with the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, within twenty-one (21) days of February 5, 2026. Failure to timely appear or respond may result in the entry of default judgment against that Defendant.


Temporary Restraining Order and Other Relief, Show Cause Order regarding Preliminary Injunction Notice to Defendants


Please be advised that this Court entered a (1) Temporary Restraining Order, including a Temporary Injunction; (2) Order Restraining Assets; (3) Order for Expedited Discovery; and (4) Order to Show Cause why a Preliminary Injunction should not Issue against Defendants. The relevant Order (ECF 19) is provided below.


Please be advised that this Court extended the Temporary Restraining Order and Other Relief, Rescheduled the Show Cause Hearing, and Extended Briefing Deadlines as follows: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Show Cause Hearing regarding the Preliminary Injunction currently set for 2/6/2026 is RESCHEDULED to 2/19/2026 at 11:00 a.m., IN PERSON in Courtroom 9B before Judge Christy Criswell Wiegand. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' Opposition papers, if any, shall be filed on or before 2/12/2026. Plaintiff shall file any Reply papers on or before 2/17/2026. (ECF 23).


Defendants are on notice that failure to appear at the hearing may result in the imposition of a preliminary injunction against them.


Plaintiff has filed its Motion for Preliminary Injunction Order and Proposed Order (ECF 29). A copy of the relevant documents is provided below.


Expedited Discovery Requests Notice to Defendants


Please be advised that expedited discovery requests were served upon Defendants on February 11, 2026, pursuant to this Court's Order (ECF 19). Copies of the requests are provided below. Pursuant to the Order (ECF 19), answers must be provided no later than fourteen (14) days after service.


Preliminary Injunction Order Notice to Defendants


Please be advised that this Court has entered a Preliminary Injunction Order (ECF 31) against the Defendants listed on Schedule A to the Complaint. The Preliminary Injunction Order (ECF 31) includes a restraining order, order restraining Defendants’ assets, order for expedited discovery, and order to unseal. Plaintiff has also filed a copy of the unredacted complaint, inclusive of any previously sealed exhibits. The relevant documents can be found below.


Entry of Default Notice to Defendants


Please be advised that Plaintiff has requested the Clerk of the Court to enter default against certain Defendants identified in Schedule A to the Complaint who have failed to respond, otherwise plead, or have not been dismissed (“Defaulting Defendants”). (ECF 35). Please be advised that the Clerk may enter default against Defaulting Defendants
