Notice to Defendants

The Defendants operating the Seller Aliases listed in Schedule A to the Second Amended Complaint are hereby advised:

The Plaintiff has charged the Defendants with violating United States federal laws that prohibit trademark infringement. A copy of the Second Amended Complaint, Summons, and other legal documents may be obtained from Plaintiff’s attorney, Getech Law LLC, at ip@getechlaw.com, or on this designated website via the link provided in the service email to Defendants.

Pursuant to the Court’s Order Authorizing Electronic Service (Dkt. No. 19), Defendants have been served via email and by electronic publication on September 22, 2025, with the Second Amended Complaint and accompanying documents, Summons, and a link to this webpage to access the Second Amended Complaint and accompanying documents, Summons, Orders of the Court, and discovery materials.

Please be advised that expedited discovery requests have now been posted pursuant to the Court’s Order Authorizing Expedited Discovery (Dkt. No. 15), entered on September 5, 2025. Third-party service providers, including online marketplaces such as Amazon.com, are required to produce Defendants’ account, sales, and financial information within seven (7) days of receiving notice of the Order.

Defendants are strongly advised to seek U.S. legal counsel.
