Notice to Defendants

The Defendant operating the Seller Alias identified in Schedule A to the Amended Complaint in Case No. 25-cv-12510 is hereby notified as follows:

Plaintiff has asserted claims against Defendant for violations of United States federal law relating to copyright infringement. Copies of the Amended Complaint, the Summons, and the Court’s Order(s) regarding alternative service and expedited discovery are provided on this public website below. Copies may also be obtained from Plaintiff’s counsel, Getech Law LLC (ip@getechlaw.com ).

Service was made on December 3, 2025. Any answer or other responsive pleading to the Amended Complaint must be filed with the Clerk of the Court for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, within twenty-one (21) days from December 3, 2025, as stated in the Summons. Failure to file an appearance or a responsive pleading may result in the Court entering a default judgment against the Defendant.

Please be advised that Plaintiff has filed a Motion for Entry of Default and Default Judgment against Defendant. Copies of the relevant documents are below. Please be advised that Plaintiff has noticed this Motion for presentment on 01/15/2026 at 1:30 PM CST. Please be advised that default and/or default judgment may be entered against Defendant at any time, as Ordered by the Court.
