Notice to Defendants
The defendants operating the Seller Aliases listed in Schedule A to the Complaint are hereby advised:
The plaintiff has charged the Defendants with violations of United States federal laws prohibiting trademark infringement. A copy of the Complaint, Summons, and other legal documents may be obtained from Plaintiff’s attorney, Getech Law LLC, at ip@getechlaw.com, or on the designated website via the link provided in the service email.
Pursuant to the Court’s Order for Alternative Service (ECF No. 8), Defendants have been served via email on July 16th, 2025, with the Complaint, Summons, and all relevant legal documents, including a link to access the Complaint, exhibits, Summons, and discovery materials.
Any answer or other response to the Complaint must be filed with the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania within twenty-one (21) days from July 16th, 2025. If no appearance or pleading is filed, the Court may render a default judgment against the defendants.
Please be advised that discovery requests have now been posted as of July 16th, 2025. Pursuant to the Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 9) as extended by the Court’s July 14, 2025 Order (ECF No. 12), the deadline for responding to these discovery requests is July 30th, 2025.
Notice of Show Cause Hearing:
Defendants are hereby ORDERED to appear and show cause before this Court in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Courtroom 3B, 3rd Floor, United States Courthouse, 700 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, on July 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM (EDT), as to why a preliminary injunction pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(a) should not issue. Defendants must file any papers in opposition by July 25, 2025. Defendants are on notice that failure to appear at the hearing may result in the imposition of a preliminary injunction against them.
The Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 9), as extended, remains in effect until at least July 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM (EDT).
Pursuant to this Court’s Order (ECF No. 40), by close of business on August 14, 2025, the parties shall supplement their briefings on the preliminary injunction motion with additional supporting documents. The supplemental submissions must address certain issues as detailed in this Court’s Order (ECF No. 40). Additionally, as of and pursuant to this Court’s Order (ECF No. 40), the Temporary Restraining Order remains in place.
Default and Default Judgment:
Please be advised that Plaintiff’s Request for Entry of Default against Defaulting Defendants has been filed (ECF No. 70). Copies of the relevant documents can be found below.
Defendants are strongly advised to seek U.S. legal counsel.
