General Notice to Defendants:

The Defendants operating under the Seller Aliases identified in Schedule A to the Complaint in Case No. 25-cv-878 filed in the Western District of Pennsylvania are hereby notified as follows:

Plaintiff has commenced this action against Defendants for violations of United States federal law, including trademark infringement and counterfeiting.

Copies of the Complaint and accompanying documents, the Summons, and this Court’s relevant Orders, are made available on this publicly accessible website pursuant to the Court’s authorization. Copies of these materials may also be obtained from Plaintiff’s counsel, Getech Law LLC (ip@getechlaw.com).

Summons Notice to Defendants:

Pursuant to this Court’s Order authorizing alternative service (ECF 8), service of process was effected on July 16, 2025, by electronic means and/or website publication. In accordance with the Summons, each Defendant must file an Answer or other responsive pleading to the Complaint with the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, within twenty-one (21) days of July 16, 2025. Failure to timely appear or respond may result in the entry of default judgment against that Defendant.

Expedited Discovery Requests Notice to Defendants:

Please be advised that expedited discovery requests were served upon Defendants on July 16, 2025, pursuant to this Court's Order (ECF 9). Copies of the requests are provided below. Pursuant to the Order (ECF 9), answers must be provided no later than fourteen (14) days after service.

Temporary Restraining Order and Other Relief, Show Cause Order regarding Preliminary Injunction Notice to Defendants:

Please be advised that this Court entered a (1) Temporary Restraining Order, including a Temporary Injunction; (2) Order Restraining Assets; (3) Order for Expedited Discovery; and (4) Order to Show Cause why a Preliminary Injunction should not Issue against Defendants. The relevant Order (ECF 9) is provided below.

Plaintiff has filed its Motion for Preliminary Injunction Order and Proposed Order and Brief (ECF 21, 22). A copy of the relevant documents is provided below.

Please be advised that this Court extended the Temporary Restraining Order and Other Relief, Rescheduled the Show Cause Hearing, and Extended Briefing Deadlines as follows: Defendants are hereby ORDERED to appear and show cause before this Court in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Courtroom 3B, 3rd Floor, United States Courthouse, 700 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, on July 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM (EDT), as to why a preliminary injunction pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(a) should not issue. Defendants must file any papers in opposition by July 25, 2025. Defendants are on notice that failure to appear at the hearing may result in the imposition of a preliminary injunction against them.

Pursuant to this Court’s Order (ECF No. 40), by close of business on August 14, 2025, the parties shall supplement their briefings on the preliminary injunction motion with additional supporting documents. The supplemental submissions must address certain issues as detailed in this Court’s Order (ECF No. 40). Additionally, as of and pursuant to this Court’s Order (ECF No. 40), the Temporary Restraining Order remains in place.

Entry of Default Notice to Defendants:

Please be advised that Plaintiff has requested the Clerk of the Court to enter default against certain Defendants identified in Schedule A to the Complaint who have failed to respond, otherwise plead, or have not been dismissed (“Defaulting Defendants”). (ECF 70, 85). Please be advised that the Clerk may enter default against Defaulting Defendants. The relevant documents can be found below.

Please be advised the default has been entered against Defaulting Defendants (ECF 72, 86).

Default Judgment Notice to Defendants:

Please be advised that Plaintiff has filed its Motion for Default Judgment and Permanent Injunction (ECF 87, 88) against the Defaulting Defendants identified in Schedule A to the Complaint. Copies of the relevant documents can be found below. Please be advised that this Court may enter default judgment against the Defaulting Defendants identified in Schedule A to the Complaint at any time.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a hearing, argument, and taking of evidence and/or

testimony regarding said Motion and the determination of damages pertaining to Plaintiff’s

Motion for Default Judgment is scheduled in this matter in the United States District Court for

the Western District of Pennsylvania, in Courtroom 3B, 3rd Floor, United States Courthouse,

700 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. Plaintiff is

to submit names of proposed witnesses, if any, along with a list of proposed exhibits, if any,

by July 14, 2026. The Defendants listed in the Schedule A attached hereto shall file their

Responses to such Motion and submit names of proposed witnesses and a list of proposed

exhibits by July 14, 2026.
