Notice to Defendants

The defendants operating the Seller Aliases listed in Schedule A to the Complaint are hereby advised:

Plaintiff has charged Defendants with violations of United States federal laws prohibiting copyright infringement. A copy of the Complaint, Summons, and other legal documents may be obtained from the Plaintiff’s attorney, Getech Law LLC, at ip@getechlaw.com, and on this website. See the links below.

Any answer or other response to the Complaint should be filed with the Clerk of the Court, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, within twenty-one (21) days from March 13, 2025. If no appearance or pleading is filed, the Court may render a judgment against the defendants.

Please be advised that the discovery requests have now been posted. Pursuant to TRO [10], the due date for responding to these requests is March 27, 2025.

Notice of Preliminary Injunction HearingDefendants are hereby ORDERED to show cause before this Court in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, via ZoomGov videoconference, on March 28, 2025, at 1:00 PM (EDT), why a preliminary injunction, pursuant to FRCP 65(a), should not issue. Defendants shall file any papers in opposition by March 24, 2025. Defendants are on notice that failure to appear at the hearing may result in the imposition of a preliminary injunction against them.

The Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 10) is extended until April 1, 2025, at 3:59 PM (EDT).

Defendants are advised to seek U.S. legal counsel.
